Lemon Pepper Talapia

This recipe is so easy, it doesn't even seem like a recipe, just a quick lunch. In fact, I can't ever seem to get a picture of this dish, it goes way too fast.(I found one to represent, but it's not mine...sorry)
But I strongly believe that the best recipes are the easiest, so pay attention..this isn't going to take much time.

1-2             Talapia  (I use the frozen individual ones you get at the store)
1-2 TBLs   Butter
1-2 Tsp      Olive Oil/Canola Oil mix
1                Lemon (juice)
1 tsp          Lemon Pepper seasoning

yes, this is a pic from google :) but you get the idea
1. Heat your butter/oil in a saute' pan. While you rinse your fish with warm water. Set on paper towel to dry while you wait for the oils to heat , and the butter to melt. season with salt/pepper/lemon pepper.

2. Add fish to the pan, and cook thoroughly. (until flaky and opaque white) top with lemon juice while cooking.

That's it...soooo Yummy! Try, you'll love it.

 1. try red pepper flakes for heat.
2. you could make simple breadcrumbs out of almond meal and garlic oil toasted, to sprinkle on top. 3. This is super tasty on spaghetti squash, I will add a splash of coconut milk to create a sauce for the light and tasty!
